Deep diving into small business owner segments, two key challenges started to emerge. A big challenge for customers was to get their invoices paid on time. Invoices often had a payment term of more than a month, but that would leave a business strapped for cash.
The other challenge had to do with keeping track of payments. Often multiple reminders had to be sent to customers or clients before invoices were paid, adding to an ever-growing list of things to follow up on.
